This web page has been designed to work with a browser that supports Cascading Style Sheets
A straightforward approach at meeting the criteria required to make your site a friend of the internet's search engines, spiders and data mining companies.

PROFESSIONAL META MANAGEMENT
Regular review and updating of your website, submissions, occasional reworking is necessary. Longevity is a KEY, and keeping your site as a part of the information pile requires much more than just having a good idea and a web page. Keep your web fresh and stable with a service that goes far beyond just "submitting-it". Regular tune-ups and site submissions are part of every successful web.
PROFILE BASED SUBMISSIONS
Our premium plans create a profile which is the best way to do submissions. Most engines require some information. You cannot use all bogus information and expect your site to have successful submissions. Some one has to manage the information generated. Keeping your site maintained is not an easy task as many think. You have to decide how important your web is now, and in the years to come.

Many of these engines are in business such as yourself, so they want to send you an email confirming the receipt of the submission, and letting you know what they themselves have to offer. The large engines do not require this, but you also do not submit to them as regularly as some directory listings or ffa's.

Most engines require a valid email in order to post your link. If the email fails, so does the posting of your site info. Other sites send you an email asking if it was really your intention to post your info. If you do not reply, the submission fails. Who is going to get the email that is generated, and unavoidable when doing submissions? This requires management as there can literally be over 1000 emails sent to you in less than an hour.

Taking your web seriously, and investing in your integration of the same will determine if your site is a valid web business, or one of the junk or abandoned sites that are so common now....an empty carcass lying on the gossamer threads of the web.

REPORTS
After we do a site submission, a report is generated showing the details of the submission. It prints all the details you submitted, contact information, meta description used, meta keywords used, what engines were submitted to and which ones if any, rejected the submission. It prints all resources submitted to as clickable hyperlinks so that you can check the sites that failed.

Submission reports are either emailed to you, or posted in a password protected directory if you have an account and a profile with us. If you have a profile, the report reflects your ongoing submissions with all the information broken down into tables with dates and times as well as how many times each particular engine has been submitted to. Any new information that you send to us, such as changing keywords or descriptions, contact information etc. is updated.

Site tune-up and analysis reports are emailed to you for review. We make our analysis and recommendations along with a price quote, and then it is up to you what if any action is taken by us for your site. As a note, sites built with a point and click interface often experience the most problems. This can be easily corrected, but it is important to make sure that any changes we make to your web page(s) must be integrated to the copy of the page(s) on your machine.

As a final note....submission reports are
huge files. When posted as a web page they take a bit of extra time to load. We can also customize your reports with your company logo to make it a bit more personal if you like.

SITE TUNE-UPS
A tune-up is a wise idea for even the smallest websites. Refreshing your data, description, keywords and document last modified time is the equivalent of taking a bath or brushing your teeth.

Are your pages filled with useless and unseen "tags"? That is, html codes that are not needed by the page, and most likely the result of a point and click program used to build the page.....you know, "no knowledge of HTML needed." These programs often double the internal size of your page, causing added load time, and other problems that keep it from being top notch.

We can streamline your page(s) and keep them updated and fresh on a regular basis.

With analysis and tune-ups, our professionals actually VIEWS your source code in making a good analysis. There is no program that can process your page and be accurate. There are too many variables for this to be possible.

If you have meta tags already in your documents, get a tune-up. If you do not have meta tags, or are not sure if you have them, get an analysis and then take whatever action you desire after we report our recommendations to you. The analysis includes all the information necessary to make changes yourself...ie we give you recommended description and keywords, and advice on any other page construction recommendations.

Get tune-ups for specific or new pages as often as needed.

ENGINES/FFAs
As time goes on, your web develops an algorythm. As the many engines, web spiders, and data miners traverse the web on their own, any site they encounter which has your link on it adds to this 'algorythm'. This is a highly complex mathematical concept, but when you understand that even the largest website is nothing more than an organized collection of numbers, it makes sense. The entire world wide web is one huge mathematical equation. It is not necessary to submit your links to the major engines every week. After you get a good listing with say,
Alta Vista, it is wise to leave it be and just do submissions each month for that particular engine. That will keep your listing fresh and updated as your web strengthens and gains a solid foothold. The businesses that get in now, will be the ones who are most prominent in the years to come. FFA's - We regularly submit our site to as many ffa's as possible, and we are constantly adding new ones to our submission generating software. We do get business directly through having our link on ffa's, and whenever a search engine encounters your link on any site, it adds your algorythm. It is a grave error to NOT keep the ffa's as a regular part of submissions, including those who want you to either respond by email, or confirm your posting. * Yahoo is not a search engine and they only accept manual submissions one time. You can have either a geographical or global listing based on category. There is no extra charges for these "special submits" with our "management series" program. Changing your listing info is extremely difficult once you have been listed. It can also take weeks for listings to show.
ECOMMERCE SITES
It is critical for
all sites to do regular submissions to the engines and ffa's. Are you running specials, or promoting certain products and services on an ever changing basis? Doing a submission which targets a specific page is a very good marketing strategy even for sites that sell the same things all the time. Rearrange, refresh, promote.

Picking a target page periodically works wonders for promotion. Changing and adding new keywords and modifying the description is extremely helpful for the engines that compare their current visit to data obtained in their last visit. Most of the large search engines use this procedure.

Advertising is the key to success. Getting your name out and what you provide. Advertising is the most time consuming and expensive undertaking for any business, but failure to do it hinders the exposure of your entire business.

People
want to find your site! Develop an algorythm on the web by doing regular submissions, occasional site re-working, tune-ups and smart targeting. Many people think that because they have a great idea and a website, that multitudes will flock to their site and order products and services. While overnight successes do happen, for most of us it takes dogged determination and a will to hang in there and build a successful web.

You don't have a site that sells? It is just as critical to promote information about your company, products and services. There is a fast growing trend for people to look up company websites to assist in their search for any particular item or service.
